  • Managed Service per end customer available via 000ZERO

Managed Service can be added per end customer under either license class. After the Commercial License ends, you keep your source code and continue under Class A terms.
/ 01

After cancellation.

§ 01 / 07
Permanent

Your license is permanent

It does not expire with the subscription. It does not get revoked. It stays tied to your account, indefinitely.

Last build

You keep the last version you received

The build that was active at the end of your subscription remains yours to run, in full, with no remote dependency.

Updates

No further updates

After the subscription ends, no new releases, no patches, no compatibility work reaches your build. The product simply stops moving forward.

Customer area

No access revocation. No lock-in.

Your customer area stays accessible. Your documentation, release notes, and download history remain available to you, on your terms.

Cancellation is the end of a service relationship — not the end of a product relationship. What you bought is yours. What stops is our involvement, not your access.
Class B license holders: after the subscription ends, commercial reseller rights end immediately. Your base self-hosted rights — source code access, customer area, and documentation — remain yours under the Class A terms already granted. The downgrade is automatic — no data loss, no lock-in.
/ 02

The update window.

§ 02 / 07

Every 000ZERO product ships with a defined update window. The window starts on a known date and ends on a known date — there is no ambiguity, and no implicit renewal.

After the window closes, the software you have continues to work exactly as it did. We do not remotely disable it, and we do not degrade it. Updates simply stop arriving.

If you need more time, you can extend the active update period with an optional add-on — no need to repurchase, no need to re-license.

Why the official license matters.

§ 03 / 07
A · 1

Official releases are signed and verified. What you receive is exactly what was built — no unknown modifications, no hidden code, no integrity risk on day one of operation.

A · 2

Your license is tied to your account. Updates, documentation, and customer access are delivered through your personal customer area — not a public link that anyone can copy.

A · 3

Versions of software distributed outside of the official relationship carry no update path, no documentation, and no access to the systems built around the product. They are an isolated snapshot — not a product relationship.

A · 4

000ZERO products include active update cycles. A version outside the active channel falls behind immediately and receives no security patches, no compatibility updates, and no new features.

A · 5

Support, managed deployment, and customer access are account-bound. They cannot be transferred, copied, or replicated outside of an official license relationship.

This is a statement of product quality, not a warning. The official license is what turns a file into a product — with everything that comes with it, and nothing that does not.
/ 04

How we protect your license.

§ 04 / 07

We take the integrity of every official release seriously. The measures below are public, documented, and in place to make sure that your official license is the one that works best — for you, and over the long term.

B · 1

Versioned & signed releases

Every official release carries a version reference and a verifiable signature. The build you receive is the build we shipped.

Optional add-ons.

§ 05 / 07

Some customers need more than the default. Optional add-ons extend the relationship without changing the license — buy what you need, when you need it, and skip what you do not.

Add-on · 01

Update window extension

Extend the active update period of your license beyond the initial 12 months. Available in 12-month increments, purchased directly from the customer area.

More may follow

Additional add-ons are introduced quietly, as the product line grows. Each one extends an existing capability — none are required to use what you have already bought.

Open source, officially.

§ 07 / 07

Our software is open source. You can read the code, audit it, and build on it.

Buying a license means entering an official product relationship — with documentation, updates, and support structures that a raw repository cannot offer.
